About Us - Troop 401 in Richmond, KY
Our Story
Founded in 1989, Boy Scout Troop 401 began as a small group of young, adventurous boys in Richmond, KY, eager to pursue the excitement of the outdoors. Growing in size and enthusiasm, the troop has continued to develop and is still highly active to this day.
Our Mission
At Troop 401 in Richmond, KY, our goal is to help our Scouts become great men, by following the scout Laws and Oath our Scouts become Leaders their community, challenge themselves to grow their Teamwork skills, develop their Outdoor skills, and build friendships to last a lifetime.
Our Programs
At Scouts BSA Troop 401 we strive to have consistent, exciting events for our Scouts to participate in. Outings that push our scouts to grow. From backpacking to car camping, mountain biking, canoeing, and much, much more.
